Club Membership

Garden Club Presidents should ensure a current Club Membership Form is submitted with a dues check by May 1st of each year.

Submittal instructions:

  1. Mail completed form and check (made out to Garden Clubs of Idaho, Inc.) to the GCII Treasurer.
  2. Please update your members count, from time to time, along with payment for new members as your club membership count increases.


Associate Membership

Garden Clubs of Idaho, Inc. (GCII) offers non-voting, associate membership to Junior Garden Clubs, Plant Societies, botanical and memorial gardens, and other horticultural organizations. Contact the GCII Membership Chairman for more information about associate membership and the application procedure.

Current associate member organizations should submit their membership renewal using the Associate Membership form by May 1st of each year.

Awards Forms

Club Award Form

Deadline for applying for all awards, except Holiday Show awards, is December 1st. Deadline for Holiday Show award applications is January 1st. Complete details of the awards program, including lists of available awards and all procedures and forms, are available on the Club Awards page.

Good Neighbor Award

Clubs can recognize the gardening efforts and “curbside appeal” of local businesses by awarding the Garden Clubs of Idaho’s Good Neighbor Award. Complete information and certificate are available on the Good Neighbor Award page.


Scholarship Forms

Deadline for scholarship applications is February 1st. Complete details of the scholarship program, including all procedures and forms, are available on the Scholarships page.

Website Forms

The Event Information Form should be used to submit club event information for publication.

Email a copy of the completed form file to the Gem State Gardener (newsletter) Managing Editor and the Webmaster.
